llama.cpp b11865 发布，rpc 为 rdma_recv 增加 bounds check（#30399）。版本列出 macOS/iOS，以及 Linux Ubuntu x64、arm64、s390x 的 CPU 与 Vulkan 构建，并提供 CUDA 12、CUDA 13 构建和对应 libraries。
